In this Article, I’m going to share a practical full-day fat loss diet plan that can easily help you lose 10 kg. This is a well-balanced, low-calorie Indian meal plan with simple recipes.

Fat loss Diet – Morning
- First thing in the morning, drink a big glass of warm water. This will kick-start your metabolism.
- Follow this with a 20-minute strength training workout at home or the gym, followed by 10 minutes of abs and cardio.
Fat loss diet – Breakfast
- Our breakfast will be homemade masala oats instead of packaged ones filled with preservatives.
- Chop your favourite vegetables, add a little water to a pan, and toss in the veggies. Add salt, ginger, black pepper, turmeric, and chopped capsicum.
- Add half a cup of oats, tomatoes, and 70 grams of paneer for protein. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and lemon juice.
Mid-Morning
- Four to five hours after breakfast is lunch time. If you feel hungry in between, drink water or have a cup of hot green tea with a piece of fruit.
Lunch
- For lunch, we will have one whole wheat roti with one bowl of black chana and a bowl of cucumber mint raita.
- Sauté chopped onions, ginger, and tomato. Add salt, turmeric, cinnamon powder, and black pepper. Add soaked black chana and water, then pressure cook until whistles. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Make raita by adding grated cucumber and mint leaves, seasoned with black pepper and jeera powder.
Evening Snack
- This snack is easy to carry and nutritious: three to four dried figs, eight to ten almonds, and a small piece of fruit.
Dinner
- Have dinner three hours before going to sleep. Avoid roti and rice at night.
- For dinner, we will have a big bowl of mixed dal with vegetable salad.
- In a cooker, add chopped onions, salt, black pepper, turmeric, cinnamon powder, ginger, curry leaves, and tomatoes. Add 60 grams of mixed dal and a lot of water. Pressure cook for 15 minutes.
- Make a salad with your favorite vegetables, seasoned with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- If hungry after dinner, have half a glass of hot turmeric milk one hour before sleeping.
